Grounded in Science. Proven in Real Life. Built for You.

A virtual certified somatic practitioner woman sits on a sofa working on her laptop in a bright room with a window, a hanging plant, a glass-topped wicker table with a bouquet of white flowers, an open book, and a stack of books on the floor.

With professional credentials and 28 years of experience teaching and training in social-emotional learning, my background is deeply anchored in evidence-based research, trauma-informed education, and clinical best practices. I have worked with everyone from first responders, therapists, and busy tech professionals to athletes, educators, and parents. I understand the demands of navigating our fast-paced, digital world while trying to stay grounded. Whether you are looking for deep 1:1 support, a structured multi-session package, or a group workshop, this is a practical pathway designed to meet your nervous system exactly where it is.

Ways To Work Together

Private 1:1 Somatic Session:

In a somatic session, you don’t need to review your life history. You simply bring one small, real-life moment to our session—a stressful interaction at work, a parenting trigger, or a moment of athletic tension. Together, we use that moment as a live practice ground to expand capacity for responding to life.

I guide and teach you to slow down and track your nervous system's responses in real time using the core tools of Somatic Practice:

  • Orienting & Grounding: We establish a physical sense of safety first, connecting outward to your environment and the support of the floor beneath you.

  • SIBAM (Sensations, Images, Behaviors, Affect, Meaning): We decode your body's language, expanding our focus beyond just "thoughts" to track physical sensations, inner images, and micro-movements.

  • Resourcing: We anchor into a calm, neutral, or strong physical sensation—a "home base" your body can return to.

  • Titration & Pendulation: We touch into the stressful feelings in tiny, tolerable doses (titration), and gently swing back and forth between the stress and your safe resources (pendulation).

By slowing down and allowing these physical responses to safely complete themselves—drawing on polyvagal theory and ethology (the study of how animals naturally discharge survival stress in the wild)—you expand your capacity to hold big emotions without getting flooded. You will leave with practical, in-the-moment tools to navigate overwhelm the in your daily life.

Somatic Session Packages: Deepening the Work

For those ready to commit to lasting nervous system change, a package of sessions allows us to move from immediate relief to deep, sustainable rewiring.

Nervous system regulation is a muscle that we build together over time. Shifting from a single session to a dedicated container unlocks three major benefits:

  • A Personalized Roadmap: The more we work together, the deeper I learn the specific nuances, stress signatures, and defense patterns of your unique nervous system.

  • Deepened Co-Regulation: Trust is a biological event. As our relational connection builds, your system learns to safely "borrow" my regulated state, allowing you to access deeper states of release and rest much faster.

  • The Power of Compound Practice: By bringing different real-life moments to each session—shifting from a parenting trigger one week to an athletic challenge or work stressor the next—we build a comprehensive, resilient blueprint for your entire life.

This is the ultimate path to moving out of survival mode and solidifying a new, flexible baseline for your body and mind.

Group Workshops & Trainings

My interactive sessions weave together somatic practice, positive psychology, social emotional learning, nervous system science, and lived human experience…delivered with clarity, authenticity and wit.

I bring 28 years of expertise directly to your group, team, or organization to teach the practical, lifestyle-focused science of nervous system regulation.

Tailored for:

  • Educators & Caregivers: Prevent burnout and master co-regulation, leveraging the science of mirror neurons so children can naturally absorb and model social-emotional skills from your calm state.

  • Athletes & High-Performers: Build emotional grit, manage your mindset for performance and optimize recovery.

  • Corporations & Professionals: Step out of the high-stimulus digital trap and survival-mode grind, building the somatic capacity to navigate intense workloads without draining your nervous system.

  • Young Adults: Counteract the digital disconnect and chronic loneliness of an "anxious generation" by building the real-world relational and self-regulation skills needed for true connection.

What We Cover: In a psycho-educational training, we demystify "fight or flight," learn the basics of SIBAM (tracking body sensations), and practice concrete, on-the-spot grounding tools to reset the nervous system in real time.

Your group will leave with a shared language, a concrete toolkit, and a clear path toward collective resilience.
